These sounders have been designed with an emphasis on acoustic efficiency resulting in an omni-directional, high volume sound field. These high output levels are achieved with a low current draw. The integral electronics provide the user with a choice of either continuous or sweeping tones at a variety of frequencies.

The NBS sounders are available in a choice two colours red or white and supplied with either 4 or 14 preconfigured sounder patterns/tones.

The sounder can be used under any detector base with 60mm mounting centres and an external diameter of up to 102mm. Alternatively, it can be wall mounted as a stand-alone unit.
